Q-How long will it take for me to see my photos?

A-Your wedding is posted online shortly after your wedding. Turn around time for prints or albums varies based on how long you take to make the print selection, and the size of the order. In most cases, wedding albums will be completed within 3 months
from print selection. CD's are usually completed in 30 days.

Q-Do you have a payment plan?

A-The package price is broken into 3 payments based on your needs.

Q-How much of a down payment do I have to pay for you to hold the wedding date for us?

A-We require 1/3 of the total payment due at the signing of contract.

Q-Do you charge extra for touch ups?

A-Basic editing is free. Major changes will be made at your request, for an additional fee.

Q-What if I originally decide on the cd, and later I decide I want an album?

A-We keep copies of all your images, and can be contacted later with your requests
for albums, cards and anything else you might want.

Q-Do you shoot black and white or color?

A-We can deliver both, as well as selective color images.

Q-What kind of equipment do your photographers use?

A-Our photographers use Professional Digital SLR cameras and backup equipment.

Q-I have a creative side, and want to design my own album, can you shoot the photographs of my wedding and give them to me on a high resultion CD?

A-Yes, with the CD package you also have printing rights, but for best results it is recommended that you order through our labs.

Q-I looked at your package choices, and
don’t see exactly what I want, can I come up with my own package?

A-Yes, you can. We are flexible and willing to customize a package to fit your
specific needs and budget.

Q-What if some of my relatives want to order prints?

A-All the images are uploaded online, and a link is given to you so that your friends and relatives can view them and also order if they’d like. If you have another question, please email me I'd be happy to help.
